Responsibilities
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Lead tax preparation processes and compliance documentation
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews
- Maintain internal controls and SOX compliance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven experience with month-end closes and reconciliations
- Strong GAAP knowledge and regulatory compliance understanding
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
