- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial compliance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead tax preparation and ensure adherence to GAAP and IRS regulations
- Conduct financial audits and process improvement analyses
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sector
- Proficiency with QuickBooks, SAP, and advanced Excel functions
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
