Responsibilities
- Manage month-end/year-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statements
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Prepare tax filings and ensure regulatory compliance (GAAP/FASB)
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during external reviews
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and reconciliations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
