- Provide strategic financial consulting to clients in agriculture, healthcare, and manufacturing
- Oversee audit coordination with external CPA firms
- Mentor junior accounting staff through quarterly training initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
