Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with reconciliation accuracy
- Lead audit coordination with external auditors and regulatory agencies
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate operational risks
- Provide insightful variance analysis and financial modeling for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow optimization
- Maintain fixed asset register and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and strategic planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public accounting or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting
- Strong analytical skills with experience in variance analysis and process improvement
- Excellent communication abilities for presenting complex financial data
- Proven track record of leading successful audit engagements
- Experience with multinational tax compliance and intercompany accounting
