Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and market trends to deliver actionable insights for executive leadership
- Build and maintain complex financial models using Excel, SQL, and Power BI for scenario planning
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports with clear visualizations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize budget allocation and resource planning
- Conduct ad-hoc financial investigations and support strategic initiatives
- Lead process improvement projects to enhance financial reporting efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial analysis experience in tech or fintech
- Advanced proficiency in Excel modeling and Power BI visualization
- Strong SQL skills for data extraction and analysis
- Experience with GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional communication skills for presenting complex data to non-financial stakeholders
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation a plus
