Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data and market trends to produce actionable insights for executive leadership
- Develop comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and budgets for multi-million dollar projects
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports to stakeholders, highlighting risks and opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize operational efficiency and cost structures
- Lead month-end and quarter-end closing processes ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or financial services
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, and financial modeling tools
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to communicate financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and business intelligence tools
- CPA or CFA designation highly desirable
