Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for process improvement
- Prepare and file tax returns while ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations
- Lead audit preparations and liaise with external auditors and tax authorities
- Maintain robust internal controls and implement accounting best practices

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
