Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements for corporate clients
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including AP/AR and payroll
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP/IRS regulations
- Develop and implement financial reporting systems
- Collaborate with tax professionals on quarterly filings
- Mentor junior accounting staff
- Advise clients on financial optimization strategies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of public accounting experience
- Expertise in QuickBooks and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of Arizona tax regulations
- Proven audit and reconciliation experience
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
