Responsibilities
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and payroll systems
- Conduct internal audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting forecasting
- Maintain compliance with state/federal tax regulations
- Lead financial reporting for executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in financial reporting and reconciliations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle)
- Knowledge of Wisconsin tax regulations
