Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle general ledger operations including month-end close procedures
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for executive stakeholders
- Lead internal control audits and compliance documentation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes for $50M+ portfolio
- Develop financial models for strategic planning initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain SOX compliance documentation and controls testing
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced Excel skills with pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
