Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable/receivable processes
- Coordinate annual audits and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings
- Develop financial models and forecasting reports
- Implement process improvements for accounting workflows
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and compliance requirements
- Experience with financial reporting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA) strongly preferred
