Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes including journal entries and reconciliations
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements for diverse client portfolios
- Lead audit coordination and compliance documentation preparation
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for strategic planning
- Optimize accounting workflows using NetSuite and QuickBooks Enterprise
- Mentor junior accountants and cross-functional team members
- Analyze variance reports and recommend process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in GAAP, SOX compliance, and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel, QuickBooks, and NetSuite
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with SaaS or technology industry accounting
