Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
- Prepare tax filings and support external audit processes
- Lead process improvement initiatives for financial systems
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and GAAP standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven experience with financial reporting tools (e.g., SAP)
