Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements with attention to regulatory compliance
- Lead tax preparation processes for corporate and individual clients
- Implement and optimize internal controls to ensure financial integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Maintain accurate financial records in ERP systems with emphasis on data security
- Provide strategic financial guidance to support client growth objectives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance with CPA certification
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP software (Sage 100 preferred)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and compliance standards
- Proven ability to manage high-volume financial operations with precision
- Strong analytical skills with experience in forensic accounting
