Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage general ledger operations and ensure accurate account reconciliations
- Coordinate external audits and tax compliance processes
- Develop and implement financial controls to mitigate risks
- Support budget forecasting and variance analysis for department heads
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks and Excel
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
