- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct variance analysis and reconcile complex accounts
- Prepare tax documentation and ensure compliance with GAAP/IFRS
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Mentor junior accounting staff and process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and QuickBooks
- Demonstrated knowledge of tax regulations and auditing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
