Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct reconciliations and ensure accurate financial reporting
- Support audit processes and implement internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Maintain compliance with tax regulations and financial policies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Deep understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Proven experience in month-end closing and reconciliation
