Responsibilities
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes with precision
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights
- Manage reconciliations for complex accounts including intercompany transactions
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards
- Lead internal control audits and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate sector
