Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with 100% accuracy
- Provide exceptional service to bank clients, resolving inquiries and offering product solutions
- Balance cash drawers and maintain strict compliance with financial regulations
- Actively promote bank products and services to meet customer needs
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain secure handling of confidential financial information
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of cash handling or customer service experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Strong mathematical aptitude and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Proficiency with basic banking software and MS Office
