Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting for diverse client portfolios including AP/AR, GL reconciliation, and month-end close processes
- Prepare and analyze financial statements with detailed variance reporting
- Lead internal audits and ensure SOX compliance across all financial operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows and implement process improvements
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and budgeting initiatives
- Oversee tax preparation and filing for corporate entities
- Mentor junior accounting staff and provide guidance on complex accounting issues
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with remote work exposure
