Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend strategic improvements
- Prepare and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and reconciliations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Lead internal audit processes and implement financial controls
- Prepare tax documentation and coordinate with external auditors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting and compliance regulations
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with financial modeling and forecasting
- Proven ability to lead projects and mentor junior staff
