- Manage month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes including journal entries, reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate transactions.
- Develop and maintain financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and federal/state tax regulations.
- Lead internal audits and implement process improvements for efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning and strategic initiatives.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) to automate workflows and enhance data accuracy.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in remote/hybrid roles.
- Expertise in financial reporting, reconciliations, and regulatory compliance.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
