Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage complex general ledger operations and month-end close processes
- Lead financial audits and ensure SOX compliance documentation
- Develop cash flow forecasting models and variance analysis reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and strategic planning
- Maintain fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable workflows and process optimization
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with CPA preferred
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Deep knowledge of tax regulations and compliance standards
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with multinational accounting systems and currencies
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder reporting
- Certification (CPA, CMA, or similar) highly desirable
