Responsibilities

- Develop and implement internal controls to ensure compliance and accuracy
- Mentor junior accounting staff and optimize department workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel modeling
- Proven track record in financial statement preparation and analysis
