Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with attention to GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable cycles and bank reconciliations
- Oversee payroll processing and tax compliance for 100+ employees
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models for department heads
- Conduct internal audits to ensure operational efficiency
- Maintain QuickBooks Enterprise and NetSuite integrations
- Lead month-end closing processes with zero tolerance for errors
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 5+ years of experience
- CPA certification or active CPA candidacy required
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance and audits
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail (0.1% error tolerance)
- Experience managing finance teams of 3+ professionals
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
