Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting operations, including processing accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions to ensure accuracy.
- Prepare and maintain the general ledger.
- Support the preparation of monthly financial reports and balance sheets.
- Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems for financial documents.
- Assist the senior accounting team with expense reports and data entry.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a plus.
- No prior professional accounting experience required.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
