Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights for client stakeholders
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP standards
- Prepare and review tax documents while maintaining meticulous audit trails
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial workflows and systems
- Lead special projects including budget forecasting and variance analysis
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate finance
- Expert proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems (NetSuite experience a plus)
- Deep knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and internal controls
- Proven ability to manage complex financial projects with multiple deadlines
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills for client-facing financial consultations
