Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with variance reporting
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations for $50M+ portfolio
- Ensure GAAP compliance and SOX 404 documentation
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Collaborate with audit teams and external stakeholders
- Mentor junior accounting staff
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA required)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Demonstrated expertise in GAAP and tax regulations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
