Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Assist in the preparation of budget forecasts and variance analysis.
- Ensure tax compliance by gathering necessary information from various departments.
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial planning initiatives.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required; CPA certification is a plus.
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and MS Excel (advanced functions).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
