Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including GL maintenance, month-end closes, and reconciliations
- Analyze financial data to prepare accurate P&L statements and variance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable with emphasis on process optimization
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and industry regulations
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly and annual reviews
- Develop financial models and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
- Maintain internal controls for financial data integrity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate settings
