Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts and ensure accuracy of financial records.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely billing and payments.
- Assist in the preparation of audit schedules and support external auditors during audits.
- Assist in the budgeting process and provide variance analysis to management.
- Maintain internal controls and improve accounting processes for efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- CPA, CMA, or MBA preferred (3-5 years of relevant experience required).
- Proficient in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong understanding of US GAAP and tax regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
