Responsibilities
- Manage month-end close processes and financial reporting
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct reconciliations and variance analysis for financial statements
- Prepare budgets and forecasts with departmental heads
- Ensure SOX compliance and internal controls implementation
- Lead audit preparation and documentation processes
- Maintain accurate financial records in SAP systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in SAP and Excel (VBA skills a plus)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
