Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Manage the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and reconciling accounts.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Conduct variance analysis and present financial insights to management.
- Maintain fixed asset schedules and depreciation calculations.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state tax regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required.
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience.
- CPA or CMA certification is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of financial reporting and GAAP principles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
