Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close processes and financial statement preparation
- Lead audit coordination and ensure compliance with GAAP and SOX regulations
- Develop and implement financial forecasting models to support strategic planning
- Analyze variance reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable functions and cash flow management
- Coordinate tax preparation and filing processes with external partners
- Maintain and improve internal controls to enhance financial accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and SOX compliance
- Proven experience managing month-end close and financial reporting cycles
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective communication abilities for presenting complex financial data
