Responsibilities
- Process transactions accurately including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
- Build lasting client relationships through personalized financial guidance and problem-solving
- Balance cash drawers daily and maintain strict compliance with banking regulations
- Actively promote digital banking solutions while providing in-person support
- Collaborate with branch team to achieve sales targets and service excellence goals
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for banking products and services
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or cash handling experience
- Proficient in digital banking platforms and basic financial software
- Strong attention to detail with exceptional numerical accuracy
- Ability to work independently in remote settings while collaborating effectively in person
- Valid New Mexico state banking license or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Proven problem-solving skills with conflict resolution abilities
- Flexible availability including occasional weekends and holidays
