Responsibilities
- Analyze financial performance metrics and create comprehensive reports for executive leadership
- Develop financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and valuation purposes
- Conduct variance analysis and identify opportunities for operational efficiency
- Partner with department heads to align financial strategies with business objectives
- Prepare detailed presentations for stakeholders and investment committees
- Monitor compliance with financial regulations and internal controls
- Lead cross-functional projects to optimize financial processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, modeling)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- CFA or CPA certification preferred
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of financial regulations (GAAP, SOX)
