Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, IRS regulations, and internal controls
- Prepare and present financial statements to executive leadership
- Lead audits and tax preparation processes
- Maintain accurate financial records using ERP systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Implement process enhancements for efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Expertise in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software (QuickBooks/ERP)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with remote collaboration tools
- Proven ability to manage deadlines in fast-paced environments
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation required
