Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data, trends, and variances to inform strategic business decisions
- Develop comprehensive financial models and forecasts for revenue, expenses, and capital allocation
- Prepare monthly/quarterly financial statements with detailed variance analysis
- Collaborate with department heads to create and monitor departmental budgets
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvement initiatives
- Support annual audits by providing accurate documentation and reconciliations
- Present financial insights to executive leadership through clear visual reports
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in corporate or public accounting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Power Query)
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) designation a plus
