Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and income reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance
- Conduct internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Develop financial models for forecasting and budgeting purposes
- Collaborate with cross-department teams to support strategic financial decisions
- Lead month-end closing processes and reconcile complex accounts
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Expert knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards
