Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, reconciliation, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support budgeting and forecasting initiatives
- Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks
- Lead audit preparation processes and coordinate with external auditors
- Maintain accurate financial records using Oracle NetSuite
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA or CPA candidacy required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in a remote or hybrid environment
- Expert proficiency in GAAP and financial reporting standards
- Advanced proficiency in Oracle NetSuite and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills for cross-departmental collaboration
- Proven experience managing month-end close processes
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
