Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Assist with the annual budgeting process and financial forecasting.
- Ensure tax compliance by preparing and filing required returns and supporting documentation.
- Reconcile bank statements and general ledger accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Perform internal audits and process expense reports.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is highly preferred.
- 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
