Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing processes and financial reporting
- Lead accounts payable/receivable operations and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements per GAAP standards
- Conduct internal audits and compliance reviews
- Develop financial models for budget forecasting and variance analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives
- Implement process improvements in accounting workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Deep knowledge of GAAP and financial regulations
- Proven experience with month-end closing and reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
