Responsibilities
- Lead month-end/year-end closing processes with 100% accuracy
- Prepare GAAP-compliant financial statements and SEC filings
- Manage complex tax compliance for multi-state operations
- Optimize accounting workflows using NetSuite & SAP
- Conduct internal audits and SOX compliance testing
- Mentor junior accountants and cross-departmental teams
- Present financial insights to executive stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 5+ years public accounting or corporate finance experience
- Expert proficiency in GAAP/IFRS and tax regulations
- Advanced Excel modeling and data visualization skills
- SAP/Oracle NetSuite implementation experience
- Proven audit management and process improvement track record
