Responsibilities
- Process multi-state payroll for 500+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (CA, TX, FL)
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings with precision
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies within SLA
- Generate payroll reports for finance and executive teams
- Collaborate with HR on onboarding/offboarding payroll processes
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and reconciliation
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or 5+ years payroll experience
- ADP Workforce Now certification (or equivalent HRIS expertise)
- Proven multi-state payroll processing experience
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Proficiency in CA payroll tax regulations (DE 9, ETT, SDI)
- SHRM or APA certification preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
