Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the general ledger, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Conduct variance analysis and assist in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Coordinate with external auditors and tax professionals to ensure compliance and smooth audits.
- Process accounts payable and receivable, managing vendor relationships.
- Implement internal controls and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA certification is a plus).
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
