Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and financial reporting
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements for compliance with GAAP
- Lead internal control assessments and process improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budgeting and forecasting
- Conduct reconciliations for bank accounts, investments, and intercompany transactions
- Support external audits and tax compliance requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- CPA license or actively pursuing certification
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate setting
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Demonstrated experience with multi-entity accounting structures
- Strong analytical skills with attention to regulatory compliance
