Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and reconciliations
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and cash flow management
- Conduct internal audits and implement process improvements for financial efficiency
- Collaborate with tax professionals to support compliance and planning initiatives
- Lead budgeting and forecasting activities to guide strategic decision-making
- Maintain accurate financial records using advanced accounting software
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience in public or corporate sector
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and ERP systems
- Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, auditing, and compliance
