Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger operations and ensure accuracy across all accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, including reconciliation.
- Assist in the annual audit process and coordinate with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal tax regulations.
- Support month-end and year-end close procedures efficiently.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience in a corporate environment.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite).
- Strong understanding of financial reporting standards and internal controls.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams.
