Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze complex financial statements including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports
- Manage month-end and year-end closing processes with meticulous attention to detail
- Lead internal audits and ensure compliance with GAAP and federal regulations
- Develop and maintain robust accounting systems and process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic financial initiatives
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/MBA preferred)
